What is it?
Risk Voter is a tool that allows participants in risk workshops to vote on risks without prior registration. The facilitator shares a session link and participants vote directly from their browser — no registration, no installation.
Results appear in real-time on the facilitator's screen, including statistical distribution and consensus indicators. Ideal for risk assessments, brainstorming sessions and audit planning.
How does it work?
Step 1: Create a session — The facilitator creates a voting session in the Risk Heat Map and selects the risks to be voted on.
Step 2: Share the link — Participants receive a link or QR code and open the voting environment in their browser. No account needed.
Step 3: Vote — Each participant anonymously assesses the risks on likelihood and impact. Votes are processed immediately.
Step 4: Analyse results — The facilitator sees averages, distribution and outliers in real-time. Results are automatically processed into the risk matrix.
