What is it?
An interactive workshop tool for measuring the maturity of your internal controls together with your team. The facilitator controls the session, participants score in real-time on their own device, and results appear immediately on the monitor screen.
How does a session work?
Facilitator — starts the workshop, manages the categories and accepts participants. Has a complete overview of all scores and can pause or close the session at any time.
Monitor — the large screen in the meeting room. Shows live average scores, distribution and trends. Ideal for projection during the workshop.
Participants — score via their phone or laptop. Anonymous or named, depending on the settings. The interface is deliberately kept simple so that the focus remains on the substantive discussion.
Maturity levels
The model uses 5 levels: from Ad-hoc (level 1) to Optimised (level 5). For each category the current and desired maturity is scored, so you immediately see where the biggest gaps are.

Controllers, risk managers, internal auditors and directors who want to jointly determine where their organisation stands in terms of internal controls. Particularly suitable for kick-off sessions, baseline measurements and periodic evaluations.
